In-home personal care services keep people out of the hospital and at home where they want to be. CMS made the right decision with the new regulation to allow Medicare Advantage Plans to start offering personal care services for the first time. So far the MA Plans are slow to embrace the personal care benefit opportunity but we believe it will eventually be embraced.
